The St. John Youth Coalition is part of the Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive (SPF SIG) grant program to reduce substance abuse among youth on St. John ages 12-17.
Over forty local agencies and individuals are members of the St. John Youth Coalition including the following agenices: Sisterhood Agenda, St. John Community Foundation, Julius E. Sprauve School, Gifft Hill School, Love City Pan Dragons, Myrah Keating Community Health Center, Coral Bay Community Council, VI Sports, Parks & Recreation, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Catholic Charities, VI Police Department, VI Daily news, CBS Channel 2, and Rotary Club of St. John Interact.

Sisterhood Agenda is the sub-recipient of grant funds administered by the Virgin Islands Department of Health to assess risk and protective factors for youth on St. John, increase local capacity for prevention efforts, and contribute to a territory epidemiological strategic plan. Toward that goal, St. John Youth Coalition activities include training, implementation of environmental substance abuse prevention strategies, coaching, and youth leadership.
